MAGNI 109

Magni 109 is a high-performance chrome-free coating – engineered for use on brake rotors – that provides sacrificial coating protection and will not spall on the braking surface. This inorganic, metallic film contains proven corrosion inhibitors and is applied in a single thin layer to protect against under-vehicle corrosion. Because its frictional output is similar to a bare rotor, Magni 109 can be applied to all braking surfaces.

• Allows for easy removal of coated rotors for service; protects delicate, expensive anti-lock brake system parts
• Applied via dip-spin or spray methods
• Overspray is permissible to reduce application costs
• Reduces warranty costs related to brake pedal pulsation
