Magni 190 is a high-performance, chrome-free coating – engineered for use on brake rotors and drums – that can be applied on as-cast or machined surfaces. The bright silver appearance provides a refined, premium appearance. This inorganic, metallic film contains proven corrosion inhibitors and lamellar pigments, and offers exceptional cathodic protection in a single thin layer.

• Applied via dip-spin or spray methods
• Cost-effective single-coat system
• Frictional output similar to a bare rotor; rotors can be fully coated to include brake plates
• Improves product performance by protecting against under-vehicle corrosion
• Reduces warranty costs related to brake pedal pulsation
• Resistant up to 450° C for 12 hours followed with an ice-water quench
• Will not “ball up” or spall brake surfaces
