Fastener Coating
Magni 506 is a chrome-free organic topcoat. Typically applied to stainless steel externally threaded fasteners, stampings and other types of hardware, Magni 506 is engineered for use on parts exposed to high amounts of ultraviolet (UV) rays and other harsh outdoor elements. Magni 506’s system is applied via dip-spin or spray application methods and provides superior corrosion protection and cost-effectiveness.

- Alleviates hydrogen embrittlement concerns
- Repeatable torque tension characteristics during assembly as a result of friction modifiers integrated into topcoat
- Resistant to acids and alkalis, and automotive fuels and fluids
