Fastener Coating
Magni 520 is a chrome- and PFAS-free duplex coating that combines electroplated zinc and hex-chrome-free passivated substrate with an organic topcoat. Typically applied to externally threaded fasteners, stampings and other types of hardware, Magni 520 is engineered for use on parts exposed to high amounts of ultraviolet (UV) rays and other harsh outdoor elements. Magni 520’s two-coat system is applied via dip-spin or spray application methods and provides superior corrosion protection and cost-effectiveness.

- Repeatable torque tension characteristics during assembly as a result of friction modifiers integrated into topcoat
