Fastener Coating
Magni 580 is a chrome-free duplex coating that combines an inorganic dark gray zinc-rich basecoat with an organic topcoat. Typically applied to externally threaded fasteners, stampings and other types of hardware, Magni 580 is engineered for use on parts exposed to high amounts of ultraviolet (UV) rays and other harsh outdoor elements. Magni 580’s two-coat system is applied via dip-spin or spray application methods and provides superior corrosion protection and cost-effectiveness.
