Fastener Coating
Magni 591 is a duplex fastener coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic topcoat. Engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts and other hardware, Magni 591 contains integrated friction modifiers and eliminates the need for sealers or post-coating lubricants. This ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly. Magni 591 is applied via dip-spin, dip-drain or spray application methods.
