General Terms and Conditions

The registration fee provides full access to the conference program on April 18-19, 2018, including meals throughout the event. First participant €210, second participant of the company €190, third participant €160 – all prices exclu. VAT.

All registration fees must be paid promptly without deductions on receipt of invoice.

In the event of cancellation before March 31, 2018, the registration fee will be refunded less an administration fee of €30 plus VAT. After this date, the registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full.

On receipt of your fax registration, we will send an invoice to the above address.

Participants at the Corrosion Forum 2018 may check in at the entrance to the conference documents and name badges.

The event coordinators and the host act as facilitators only and assume no liability or responsibility for any personal loss, accident or damage to the person or belongings of participants, regard-less of their cause.

The standard charge for every exhibitor is €450 plus VAT. Early bird price with booking until 15. February 2018: €400 plus VAT.
